Water on cycle lane reduces length of ramp onto mixed zone

This section of cycle lane outside Migros in Thurgauerstrasse/Glattpark doesn't have proper drainage. Whenever it rains, the road is waterlogged. Sometimes it can be waterlogged for days, so it feels like most of the time it is like this.

This results in a very small effective ramp onto the next cycle lane at the end of this one.

Can we fix the slope of the cycle lane in this spot so that the water drains off?
